Great location, rooms clean and tidy, friendly staff. The only downside to this hotel is that you couldn't open a window.

The only flaw is the views, but it is situated right in the middle of Gainsborough. The hotel itself is immaculate, fairly priced and honestly I've stayed in quite a few hotels and the ladies on the front desk here are the most lovely, polite and helpful hotel staff I've had. Thank you for an awesome stay.
First time in a Travelodge in a long while. The Gainsborough one is good, I’m quietly surprised how good it was. Clean, well kept rooms, decent showers and super bed. Plus as a Brucey bonus: the Italian next door is superb Will certainly use this Travelodge again
The most peaceful and comfortable sleep I've ever had at a Travelodge not sure if it's because the staff allocate different floors for business and leisure guests but we weren't disturbed? Very clean corridor, nice clean smell throughout the hotel. The reception staff were very pleasant. Only quibble was the gel soap dispenser was a bit wonky.
We stay last weekend as an overnight stop, excellent location and very friendly staff our room was clean and had a nice view of the castle and cathedral, didn't have much time to look around but the town looked very nice would stop.here again
Stayed here on the 27th with 2 rooms booked very time we stay as we are a big family. We never have any issues and always have polite staff. As it was Christmas time we did leave the hotel leaving behind my daughter's bunny that she absolutely takes everywhere and sleeps with. We arrive home after a 3 hour drive to find we had left it behind in the hotel. We phoned the staff and they assured us they would check the room and bedding for this bunny. The staff found her and bunny is now reunited with my daughter. Thankyou staff
Very nice hotel in Gainsborough. Easy check in, lovely, helpful staff. Hotel is clean when you walk in! Bedroom and bathroom extremely clean. Very happy to keep staying here. Great location, lots of shops and restaurants
